MAGNETIC FIELD TECHNOLOGY
For more than two decades now, the OSWALD Company manufactures electromagnets for very strong magnetic fields.
The water-cooled OSWALD magnets for strong magnetic fields are successfully used in Europe and in the USA for nuclear fusion experiments (plasma physics). The strong-field magnets are also used in solid state physics, laser and medical technologies.
For a decade, we also develop, manufacture and test superconducting magnets. So far, we have achieved magnetic field strengths up to 16 T.
